Fresh-Cut Potatoes
Using high-quality potatoes, the Pennsylvania Co-Operative Potato Growers can supply fresh-cut and pre-peeled potato products. Our potatoes have a 14-day shelf life and stable fixed year-round pricing, making them the perfect option for menu planning.
Orders should be placed 48 hours in advance and will be vacuum wrapped in a blue-tinted film packaging for food safety and to see any potential contaminant in food products.
All potatoes are packaged in food-safe sulfite to prevent browning. An ALL-NATURAL additive is available on special request.
